How many hours do you work a day?

Don't stay in front of your computer just because. That's a terrible way of loosing time and effort. I used to spend hours and hours in front of the computer until I realized I was waisting most of my time. What have worked wonders for me is to plan, think and rethink everything before touching a computer.

An extreme case, which of course might not apply to you, but I spent more than a year planning most of my project without touching my computer in that time. I wouldnt've made it so far of I didn't plan it all before taking action.

I don't know about you, but I can't get focused when I'm in front of a computer.

Probably about 8-10 hours per day. and a couple of hours on the weekend. I found thats a good balance - I found that if I work longer hours than that then I become less productive. Also whats the point in working every hour under the sun, then you dont get to spend any time with your friends and family.

9 hours of day job then 2-3 hours of IM
On Sunday, 5-6 hours IM

Best productivity tip I can give you guys. Instead of trying to grind out for hours on and end. Set up a timer that goes off. Set it to 20/40 minutes depending on your concentrationspan. When the timer goes of you have 5 minutes to do what u want. I normally get something to drink do pushups that kind of thing. It makes you work harder in those 20 minutes and you get a lot more done in a shorter time!

I do not know, I do not count it, probably 14 to 16 hours a day I love what I am doing :)

Working 9 hours a day in a full-time job and 1-2 hours at home for my personal projects - during the working day I'm planning the things I need to go over and it saves me a lot of time.

I am working almost 10-12 hours per day any maximum, working is my fashion
