How many hours do you sleep?

It varies but at the moment roughly 6.5 hours a night. I cut caffeine after 1 PM and try to keep away from screens as much as I can when I go to bed.

I'm sleeping around 5-6 hours a day, which is definetly not beneficial to longevity...

9-12 Hours
I feel a lot better working 100% for a couple of hours than working 60% for 12 hours or so.

About 7 hours but I always wake two, three times a night so it’s broken sleep.

4-5 on weekdays
between 4-12 on weekends (depending on if i get woken up for xyz reasons usually work wakes me up) yay 9-5 jobs with weekend off are actaully real myths

Checkout this podcast: Mathew walker is a neuroscience professor who talks a lot about sleep. The guy wrote a book called why we sleep.

TLDR: If you sleep less than 7-8 hours - you are doing serious damage to your brain and you are gonna die early.

Tom Brady sleeps 9 hours.

Usually 7 to 8 hours. If less than 7 hours then I have to take a power nap during lunch time..... Getting old now :(

I sleep only 5 to 6 hours a day for the last 2 years but it's enough for me. If i sleep 8 hours or more i feel much more tired when i wake up.
