We all know that online marketing is a 24/7 job but sometimes i think we can work too hard and end up burning our selves out..
A friend recently told me that he only works 8am-6pm and anything outside of that he considers himself "on call" and will only deal with work related issues if they are an emergency as he doesn't want to burn himself out by worrying about work 24/7.
It got me thinking about how I look at similar things and how i can better switch off from work.
