How many groups can you post in a day?

With 1 PVA with hunders of friends in how many groups can you post in 1 day with an autoposter and not get banned?

Depends on what you are posting and how old your account is and if you are posting with links. But 10 to 15 or even lower is about it now. More than that and you will getting verification's. If Fb dont like what you post then you will get verification's a lot of the time. The answer is more accounts, not more posts from 1 account.
