Hello,
how many share in grups ins safe from per account?

If this 1 account can share in "x" number of groups, and this account manages 10 pages, can account share in 10x groups without getting ban?

You can share unlimitedly but need to do it at intervals.

If your shared post is related to outside topics or violates group content, the administrator may keep your shared post.
 
10 groups are way to low to be considered spamming. Just remember to post under mediocre periods amounts of time so as not to get banned from the group you're posting at.

This is not a limited number of groups. As long as your content is consistent with group content and approved by the admin team. It's also about the frequency you post in multiple groups at the same time or one after the other like a normal user
 
Depends of the profile strenght, age, history etc.
Some profiles 10-15 post and some get restirected if only post twice

Anyone who owns a Facebook account can create and manage a Facebook Group. You can join up to 6000 different groups without any problems.
