how many .gov, .edu, .mil backlink are safe

hi, finally i started my manual campaign to get backlink from aforesaid site, right now i am making 2 comments with my site url on daily basis from these .edu .gov and soon from .mil sites, my point is what should be the stop point for me, or any interval.

Try build regular base 30-50 links.
