How many friends do you add per day?

I am looking to make some big accounts for either to sell or to use myself. How many friends should I add a day and how many friends should I stop at?

I am making about 300-400 at most, to avoid getting banned. Haven't tested with more
 
I take it your talking about Facebook and Twitter?

Facebook - about 100 per day
Twitter - about 40 to 50 per day

That is without any alarm bells ringing. I have has about 20 accounts banned in the past because of adding too much at once, and this is the numbers i have rested on without being banned.
 
a little add friends, but i get a lot of friend requested

It should be vice versa IMO.
 
During the first month, 10-20 friends per account, then I increase.

I agree. Make sure you take it easy for the first 3-4 weeks and then you can increase the amount of requests but I would never go over 45 per day. Some swear by 50 per day, but IMO 45 per day is playing it safe. That is, once your account has gained some creditability with FB. Also, contrary to popular belief, PVAs don't mean much (if anything) when it comes to friend adding. At least not anymore IMHO. PVA or not, if you don't play by the rules, FB will catch on.
 
I have had accounts where we can do 100+ per day and then sometimes get warning at 40-50 but that usually isn't till the 3rd day or so. Well think about it, what does everybody do that genuinely joins facebook....invites everybody on gods green earth so fb would not put in algorithm to stop that. Well unless 50% of your invites get rejected and if its totally obvious its a fake account. Build it as if your brand new to facebook. Sorry adding 1k per day etc...they are gonna catcha and it will be just when your fanpage gets rocking.:eek:
 
yeah i don't think there's any magic number. it's all about natural looking accounts, as stevemib suggests.
 
i get " Sorry, this user already has too many friends. " for profiles having less than 3000 friends .. anyone can explain plz
 
10-20 per account :) but everybody has different strategy. You have to figure out whats best for you.
 
Thanks for the responses everyone. I did none for a few weeks, then signed on, added exactly 60 in like 10 minutes and its been a few days and no ban. :)
 
I usually add 150-250 on a daily basis, including weekends
 
my account got banned by just acpeting friends requests, posting on walls, i acepted more than 500 friends that day, my account was in 1500 friends, fuckers.
