i did stick with 100 to 200 daily per account per proxy to play safe

I stick between 100-200 and have no problems. It might be safer to start out with less though.

I used to do 250 emails a day and 50 friend requests - per account
But i dont know if over the last 2 months when i stopped for a bit if it has got tighter yet still and is not as easy to add friends.
I know in the months of february and april it got so much harder.
