How many follows per day without ban?

Hey guys,
I've always played around a bit with instagram and I got a phone verification after following roundabout 110 users.

How many can I follow per day WITH phone verfication and without so I won't get banned?

I think 100 follows per day + one phone verification seems to be doable without ban! Can i push the limits even further? How many follows per day can a PVA do?

I have 2 bots running 24/7 and they both follow 1000 people per day on the same IP.
I've done this with 40+ other accounts and I haven't run into a ban yet.

I do churn & burn though so I can't really say anything about long term.

Yes. 30 were bought phone verified and I created 10 myself and used the same phone number for all of them.

must be use same ip and follow more no.of people after automatically got real followers

Use Private Proxy but dont use 5 more accounts with 1 IP.
I think its better, dont follow more than 100 with nonverified accounts.

My accounts are non-PVA and are working with up to 500 follows per day.

for long term i wouldnt follow more then 300 a day but its all about spacing it out... you cant just go and follow 300 people thats 300 follows spaced evenly over a 24 hour period. you could do more ovbiously.... people above me are saying 1000 a day but i wouldnt even go close to that. im looking for a long term account though not a spam churn and burn deal so..

I find that anything under 500 is okay. Anything over that usually gets my account banned.

That's just my experience though.

Thanks guys,
what I've also noticed is that I cannot follow after about 300-400 follows? At least not for now, when I click on "Follow" it shows that I followed them and then automatically undo's my follow. The last follows that I did were about 10 hours ago, and then some now...I think I will wait to see what's goin to happen and then restart again following to see whether it still works or not :S

I aready used more them 300 accounts, for what I can see, the new accounts have a lot of problem, if the account is old, work fine.

I see those number mentioned for a first time, but can you define what do you consider old and new acc?

My experience: I can follow 500-600 on NEW PVA and e-mail verified accounts without any kind of bans. I haven't tried more than that, so I can't say.

you should be fine with 40-600 follows per day, just spread them out evenly, don't do too many at once. Also ideally don't follow and unfollow in the same day, heard some people do it and it works fine, but if you really want to be safe having them done on different days is perfect.
