What is the best proxy provider for this?

I am using more than 200 accounts from same IP for ad purpose. Got very few, 2-3 accounts blocked in the last 6 months.
But still I would like to know, what if I use private proxies?
Can anyone share experience of maintaining a large number of accounts with a single private proxy?

Only one per IP it is fixed, if u create more than that all those ips are asking phone number to confirm it and even u created also it will be blacklisted.
Facebook trying to stop creating duplicates, in near by days facebook updating a lot features in it and fighting for duplicates
