how many external links from footer pbn are good?

i had pbn and i used footer link for my money sites.

first 2 sites , pbn have many power , get good rank for all.

but when i add more 2 footer links to another money site , but now it looks not good like before.

how should i do?

Don't add in footer. Rather just post a good post related to your money site and feature that post in your front page

Exactly as @alonelywriter said - why to put them into footer when you can create a good article for that link?

also , but before 2 sites look result very good , but when i add more money site 2++ look like not work.

i don't know now google update or external links more than limit

There is no rule on this matter, but as those are external links, you can add a post and link from there, create pages if this is some kind of a cooperation, and then link from there, add a section with 'our affiliations', etc. So it depends on what type of links you intend to add.
