How Many Energy Drinks Do You Go Through A Day?

before i used to drink 3-4 bottle but i stop and go for water only its good and you should try that 6-10 glass, i love this job so much im working like 13-15 hours sometimes i cant sleep thinking of my work to be done asap.

I dont drink energy drinks, ive read on the news that it would have an side effect if used daily. so my source of energy are chocolates, cup of coffee with 5 tsp of sugar, candies and anything that is sweet. :)
 
I drink 1-2 espressos per day, 2 cups of greeen tea (don't really like tea that much, but it's good for you) and only when super busy, I would buy a "pitbull." Good diet and exercise keep me active and help me restore my energy levels - in the summer, I would ride a bike (real hard) for at least an hour and now that the weather is crap, I'm back to P90x - I only do either the cardio or the kempo, the best program if you want to stay in shape...

Hehe maybe its left in my mind since i made pancakes few days ago.

+ I ment i often make 0.7l coffee with milk its about 1l in total . then drink it in 1 go. Makes me feel do it now lol. I guess soon ill start shooting up coffee.
 
This may seem crazy,but it seems like when I drink more water it helps me stay up longer,and have more energy.
 
Dam. People talking about heart papilations and shit. Caffeine is a scary drug. Maybe I need to reconsider how much I drink. I know I got addicted to that shit from going to the gym and drinking some sort of energy drink. I literally can't go to the gym without having one now
 
just one per week, maybe per month sometimes. what's the point of drinking more?
 
I don't drink at all. First of all energy drinks work only for some short time and when your body will get used to it, it will even have less effect.
If you want to have more energy try to run every day in the morning, you will be amazed how such simple exercise and fresh air will energize you for the whole day

I dont really know what is the connection between body energy and the energy drinks. I know the bhw members are smart people and i cant believe you think energy drink give you energy...Its just a marketing. Of course energy drinks will not help your energy.

For better energy you need just: A LOT of water, workouts and good food. Do not eat sugar or any products with sugar. The sugar low your energy level.

I have always wanted to try this. Maybe I will start waking up with a quick morning run. Exercise is always a great source of energy for me. Great way to start off the day, instead of going strait to the computer
 
Dan many ppl don't run b/c they think that they have to exercise like for hour but really even 20 minutes it's good for start. After a year of runing you will just love it and make it everyday because it is so damn good. Also it is one of best exercise for ppl that sit a lot like me
 
I takes 4 to 5 cups of coffee or tea each day.. It helps me to do my work with more concentrations..
 
If you count coffee I go through about 2 litres a day. You can't beat good coffee!

Just stopped drinking energy drinks cause of that damn heart attacks and paranoia :(

Does anyone like yellow Rockstar? That was the nicest one ever IMO - its not fizzy but the lemony tang was just right.
 
I love Dr. Pepper!! I also love Java Monsters. But I just had a baby, so going 9 months without caffeine, that first Dr. Pepper after she was born made me shake like crazy and it felt like things were buzzing around in my brain!
