I own 36... I find that when I am just searching for one domain name I end up with 2 or 3 more.... Its like going shopping at Walmart, you go in for one thing and come out with 4 things!
 
3 but planning on a full scale attack this year by buying more and making money out of them.
 
Wow you all have a lot. Guess I'll just have to keep at it.

I have 6 atm but once I can get them to start paying I plan on buying more.

Do you use the same registrar for all of them or to you have different ones you use?
 
I have a couple of hundred.

Every time I get an idea, I get some domains around it, if they aren't used by renewal time, I keep the best and shed the rest.

I tend to host most of them and put up a page with my skeleton account on WHM, this is a great timesaver tool.

I owned two and just bought a third. But one of them is for a site that my wife and I built before we had any idea what we were doing. I'm thinking of selling it. Can anybody point me to a good ebook or guide on how to value a domain name and where to sell it for the best price?
 
i have around 300+ spread around about 4 or so registrars, impulse buying is my biggest fault when it comes to domains

i have about 50 that i had great intentions for just not got round to implementing them yet... sigh! all in good time though :)

I have around 1600 myself. Mostly .infos though. They were used for cloaking purposes, and are all banned by google:)'

Actually I do have around 30.000 sub domains as well, too bad they are also banned:)

i have about 43 domains atm... i went on a domain binge thinking of the "next big thing" for different areas lol...

glad i got outta that phase ;D
 
I own over 100 of them. Damn Harro, 5000? :D I can't imagine keeping track of that many!
 
175 domains and most are being used.

Once I test the unused ones with different monetization schemes I will dump the dead or dying ones and buy more for the profitable niches.

Wow, 5,000 domains???? You must be well organized to keep track of the all the details of each domain. Do you use a specific type of software to track them all or just Excel?

I have a hard time keeping up with just 175.

BTW- I just found the godaddy coupon code on the forum here and bought a new domain five minutes ago, so up to 176 :-)

i do that too...just gets harder and harder to decide which are the 'best' to me lol. I will buy at least 7-10 at a time any time I buy domains because of this. Most are on one registrar, but have a few on 2 others; i don't know how people do it across so many though. It's a bish dealing with 3 myself. :/ [for me]
 
I own over 1,000 domains, about 60% are parked or adsense blogs. I have 18 niche video "tube" sites, 24 micro niche affiliate stores (amazon associates), 7 major WH projects, 4 blackhat projects, and over 100 sites that just funnel traffic to the monetized sites. Total daily uniques between all 1,000 domains: 4,940,000~ (5 mill, here I come!).

I am actually thinking about giving away a few domains. In fact, I'm gonna make a thread now.
