How many do u follow a day? And all at once, or spread throughout the day? I tried to follow 500 with 2-18 sec delay and got suspended.

Hi, at the moment am not following people everyday but have people following me everyday. Are you following targeted people or just anyone?
 
150-200 a day, next day i unfollow those who are not following me, the day after that i follow 150-200 again
 
150 to 300 is gud ratio for following

Assuming you are talking about Twitter...They state that their limit is 500/day. There is also a limit of 150 transactions/hour (include follows, unfollows, tweets, etc.) When you approach or exceed these, you can expect your account to get banned. I use software that auto-follows for me. I set it at 400/day and never have had any problems. You also need to spread it out over the whole day.

You should not follow more than 50 people. Always follow people who are relevant to your bio.
 
I just put a tick on maximum Twitter limit. I've never had a problem. There are days when I follow around 800 people.

But then again, I'm not using the accounts to spam people.
 
sooo will doing that help us out in any way???? I am finding trouble in making fans for my blog , But dont know how to increase it... can anyone guide me out....??
 
I follow 650-675 people a day with a 60-120 second pause in between follows. Once I reach the maximum follow limit I unfollow for about 4-5 days and repeat the process.

I've been doing this all year.

how many do you unfollow per day?
 
i suggest following 50 - 150 a day
this will be smart so you dont get banned
i have been doing this every day for 5 accounts and all is going well
 
I am not following any right now at this moment but people follow me.
