How many diggs/day from the same account & website?

Question...

How many times in one day do you think I can digg the same blog with each new post from the same digg account?

10? 20? 2? I really have no idea.

What's the best way around this? Multiple digg accounts? Should I use multiple IP's, too?

I am writing a digg bot at the moment (finishing it) and from my tests I can tell you that you just need to create a few accounts from the same IP to have them all banned within a day.

So it looks like they are pretty strict with the IP rules, I don't know about digging itself (yet) but as far as I read they increased their spam-security a lot due to the high "digg-fraud"

It doesn't matter how many times you digg same blog, just make sure that you don't submit it with the same account. Digg is very strict, you will get domain ban.
