how many contacts will FaceBook take on the First Day ????

I load about 3000 fresh contacts in my google email then add them into FB however it always stops at 500 .Would i be better off spliting the list into 1500 and uploading that one time every day untill i have gone thru the complete 9000 contacts .Can i get some advice on this .Thanks for all the help

These contacts are from actual people you know? And yes, you should break it up into smaller amounts when you add. Sometimes facebook cannot add too many people like 3000 or maybe even half of that..

These are people who have purchased from me before we have a retail site where we sale hats and stuff .So they all purchased from us .And i have about 70,000 clients over the past 6 years and we have a data base of all there purchases email etc .Now i am starting to advertise on facebook and want them to join .

Is there any limitation on the amount of contact lists you can upload? Surely you could just forever be uploading new ones...
