How many comments can we make on videos & how often can
we make them per account.

What do we need to change in the post to keep our accounts
from being banned.

I plan on posting comments on high traffic videos for a
affiliate program using bit.ly

about 2 comments / 10 min with API but you can make up to 4 with web interface. After while it start asking catchpa more often though. Proxies are always good to make it look as random as possible. Also more different comments = Better.

get some accounts 10-100 for example and start with that and see how it goes first you can always do it again

When you say API do you mean a bot, so I would have to wait 10 min with API
if that's what you mean by API.

You said 4 with the web interface, how often should I wait between post.

I don't have any proxies for now, without using proxies how many accounts
can I make on the same ip & can I use a vpn like "hotspot Shield" for now.

I would advice you to wait for 200 seconds between the comments and dont make more than 3 comments per account within few hours say 2 hours.

be on the safe side.
