When going from the call to the sale? (for example, if there is an open rate which is 1 in X, a click through rate which is 1 in Y, and a sale rate which is 1 in Z, I want to know X times Y times Z.)

Do you want some fill in the blanks answer?

This varies and can never be same, depends on your Email.

Sometimes its your first call or your 100th one. Try with multiple things to see what works best for your niche and business.

I don't understand what are you asking?

The average sale rate from cold colds depends on many factors, some of them are

Which people you target
What are you selling them
How good are you at sales etc

There isn't such thing as expected sale rate, as it depends on many factors, if your product is 10k and you are not choosing rich people to sell your product too, you will have much lower sale rate then if you would to see a product that cost 50$ and you carefully choose people who are already interested in it.

This is where the law of averages kicks in. Depending on how targeted your calling data is, you could see your call to sale ratio be: 1 sale for every 100 calls, that would be a 1% conversion rate. I did consulting for call centers and these are the numbers I would see on cold lists, some would do 1 in 250 calls.

That completely depends on your sale pitch.
