That completely depends on the services being provided for the client.

For my clients that have my full package: On-page, Off-page, Keyword Research, Content Generation, Social, Video...

Then 1-1 client-employee is what they get.

Well, may be Your marketing materials just don't work for reaching out a greater number of customers? I would propose You to change in Your video, on-page for better marketing efforts increase

It's dependent on what I am providing to each client, the employee's experience level, skill set, and time. I have part time and full time employees. It also depends on the business size, sometimes a team is required for one client and sometimes one well rounded employee can handle two or three at a time in a day's work. It also depends on if it's a massive project. Good writers, project managers etc. etc. are hard to find.
