I know you can create 50 channels for 1 gmail but is it a good idea to do that ? how many is best to create with 1 gmail?

If you are using it for personal projects, one youtube channel with one gmail is the best approach

I used 50 accounts and 3 google accounts. There were no problems, but of course they must be different. If you have content that does not violate rules of youtube, then everything will be fine.
