How many captcha before perma ban?

I've had 4 captchas today on my main and oldest account (over 1+years old). Only had 1 other captcha before and that was a month ago. I never changed the settings so don't know what has changed.

Is there a certain amount of captchas you get before you are permanently banned? Should I be worried about getting captchas?

I wouldn't worry too much about it. My oldest acc (2yrs) have had a handful of captcha. Heck, I even had a captcha pop while scraping. I thought that was pretty weird.

3-4 of my accounts were stuck in a captcha loop and used all my credit on DBC (7,5k captchas) and none of them was banned.
