How many can you follow / day without getting banned?

Hello,
I am wondering, how many users can you follow on Twitter every day without getting banned?

What is the safest number out there?

Also, how many can you unfollow without getting banned?

You start out at 50-100 per day. Then it gradually scales to 1000 per day if you maintain the follower amount. I was say do a small boost with addmefast to get your numbers up at first.
 
You can start with 500 people a day. I always follow 450-499 people with my fresh accounts since day 1 and never got banned. And you don't need any boost if you build good looking accounts with bio, etc..

How much traffic do you think you are getting with Twitter?
 
I currently have over 4k accounts that I mass follow from every day.
The past week, I have followed around 150/day and today i just saw 3k getting banned.

Anyone that has tried some limits and know what is the best practice out there if you don't want to get banned?

Is not because of the limits, you left some footprints there...
 
Start with less like 50-100 with a delay of around 100-300 seconds

then gradually increase it to 600-800 dont go beyond that unless you have shit load of followers else you can get a block.

He used 1 ip only for all 4k accs, and he is wondering why he got banned :)

I've found that depends entirely on the person and a number of factors accompanying that individual.

Some people can max 1k on a few accounts per day, others can follow 100 and get suspended.
 
On twitter you can follow around 500 a day but on Instagram its completely different.
 
I do about 500 follow and probably 450 unfollow a day and I'm on a 3 month old account That is using the ip from a pretty common VPN provider. I think it just depends on what the twitter account is promoting. I'm not using it for afflI ate links or cpa locked content. I'm also doing rt of nice content as well as tweeting comments about certain topics.
 
well i got 1 month old twitter acc and at first i boosted up with some add me fast followers than i started using just a simple java script and i follow around 500 ppl in a targeted nich, a day and at the end of the week i unfollow around 1000 so i don't get in any trouble, i don't think that i will get banned this way.
 
It all depends on the age of an account and it's followers.
If you do not have many followers you can even follow that 800-1000 daily, the only thing you have to know is that you can not keep those in your 'followings' ;)
 
i run 50 proxies for 5000 accounts (random proxies) and do 1000 follow per account. all accounts are still working fine :)
