C&D's means you won, because you took action and became big enough for someone part of the company to notice you.

I got one because of the brand name on url, removed website, started another one without it, outranked them, now they are contacting me to shut down it again because it is not compliant with their terms. Fuck them!

I only got one C&D letter ... the most retarded of them all. ABout a year ago I posted a video of Tom Cruise dancing at a charity event on one of my blogs ... and got a letter from a lawyer telling me to take it down ... can you believe this shit ... fucking scientologists

I got one few yrs back for selling some IT videos on ebay for practically pennies, The owner said he wanted 10gs, I said no way in hell i got no money, he said he will settle for 5gs or else am gonna go to jail.
I said at least you will be doing me a big favor sending me to jail as I got no money I hope prison food taste okay, just trying to stay afloat.

Im thinking of making an image site on a lot of copyrighted images. If I get the offshore hosting/domain, do you guys think I should? anybody specifically deal with images?
