Hence if the quality link is good then for an day 5 backlinks would be COOL !
 
Too many factor domain age, current backlink, old backlink quality, what backlink quality you want to add. How you want to add.
 
In fact, there is no precise count if they are high quality and you're planning to link to multiple keywords per day. One thing to keep in mind is that not all links will be indexed at the same time.

25–30 backlinks per day is safe for a new website on average. However, even 500 links per day is safe if they are built naturally through organic exposure like a piece of content going viral, posting about a trending topic, or celebrating a special event for your business.
Make sure to focus on the quality of the links instead of the quantity of them. By doing this, you will also be able to increase the number of backlinks which is safe to build for your website.
 
There's really a no one fits all method for creating backlinks. You can create as many as backlinks you possibly can. But make sure they are of high quality and are not spam.

It really depends on how many your site has already if you go from 0 to 20 guest post links a day its going to look suspicious. I would start with 3-5 as I'm assuming you don't have much budget yet and gradually increase as you progress. The chances are most of these links will index on different days so instead of going for daily I would set weekly targets, this way your going to get better data.
 
No one really cares, specially google!

The right question, is what is the quality of those links? Like if they are real quality backlinks, then you won't be able to build 100/daily for example or you would be billionaire by now.

So, what triggers spam detection in google is not the number of backlinks. It's that if you could send huge number of backlinks in a day, its 99.9999% would be spam
 
I don't know a fixed number, but approximately if you have a new domain used for 20-25 backlinks is safe, also its depend on keyword search volume and competition

What I will write, I have tried it many times
The daily number is:

10 backlinks per day (daily non-stop)
Or 100 a day without stopping
Or 10 million a day without stopping.

The idea is to keep going without dropping the results.
 
Any human after their sleep can never stand without sitting first. If you can do that, then there’s something wrong with that person!

Don’t start one day building 100 backlinks by buying cheap links on Fiverr!

It depends on the quality of links and what type of content are you posting.
For example take timesofindia.com it posting more than 20 post a day.
 
I worry more about where to get quality backlinks. The sellers here haven't been too fruitful and fiver has maybe 2-3 sellers that own their own quality PBNs. If you have any tips, I'm all ears.
 
For new websites, create like 1-2 each day. Keep increasing it with time. Also, you will automatically get links from other sites if content is good.
 
The number of backlinks alone does not matter, what matters is the quality of backlinks also. Relevancy is also important, it is important to get backlink from related websites only.
 
If the website is brand new, First add quality content and then move to backlinks. Starting with 3 or 4 is good and increase it slowly.. Go for quality links, 1 quality link will give more benefit than 100 low quality links.. Also keep adding quality content consistently.

If your site have a authority and traffic flow, then add backlinks 10 to 20 per day(Quality link).

Note: Do not add more number of links in short period, avoid low quality backlinks.
 
It does not matter how many links you build in a day because Google only considers those links which are quality and which are valuable to your website.

So try to build only those links which are of high quality and bring value to your website it may 5 or 10 links a day.
