But srsly, this depends on niche, competition and few other factors, just make sure to drip feed those backlinks and slowly build more and more as time goes by. Don't worry too much about which software you're using but if you really want one, take a look at ultimate demon for tier 1 and GSA SER for tier 2 / tier 3.

You need to increase your daily number each day.
Start by 5, and 5 more each day for example.
And the number of bl is not the most important, think quality, not quantity

It is not How many you can build per day..It is a Question, How many Quality Links you can keep Building Every Day..Like 100 Links Per day for 45 days or 30 days..!!Also Depends on Your Keyword Competition. So you have to learn before dive in Building Links.

I can't think of going below 5k links per day. Its spread throughout the tiers..

First focus on link quality then quantity. Try to get backlinks only from reputed, authoirty and niche relevant sites and distribute your link building in weeks:
Week 1 = 5 to 10 back-links
Week 2 = 10 to 13 back-links
Week 3 = 15 to 20 back-links
Week 4 = Not more than 25 back-links
Built 25 to 30 back-links until your website age becomes more than 3 months, after 3 months never built more than 50 back-links per day.
Week 1 = 5 to 10 back-links

It is important that all must be quality links. You dont build lot a pay but spamm them. I love pyramid and I think you will.

Thanks for these replies one more thing i want to ask from you is that "If i build same subject links and there PR is 0 or 1 And on other side PR 3 4 or 5 links but irrelevant or off-topic . ." Which one is better and important ?? Relevant links with low PR or irrelevant link with High PR links???
I don't think there is a correct answer for the number of backlinks. If you added one spammy, anchor text rich directory link per week you'll eventually be penalized.
On the other hand think about when things go viral there could be hundreds or thousands of backlinks/social links being added per day. Quality and diversity are the key.

Quality is always way better. There is no use to having a backlink if it is not a good link. If it gets deleted, what is the point of you doing anything anyway?

One mistake i made is thinking quantity is better than quality, its actually the other way, with google the backlinks you have must have good PR and PA to create quality backlinks thus rising your keyword awareness and ranking you up, but not as simple as that since seo is not jut PA and PR by far more.

No. You put say 5 tier 1, 50 tier 2 (10 to each tier 1), 1750 tier 3 (35 to each tier 2), that's 1805 and only FIVE point directly to your money site.
The 5k backlinks are in the form of a link pyramid, not all the links point to your money site.
