There is no specific number but I belive between 20-50 BS per day its good enough if we are talking about HIGH PR BS and manualy

Well, if you think about it, real white hat, from Google's perspective is all natural stuff. That means, from your part, no blog commenting, no link buying, no signature links, no links exchange etc.

White hat assumes that you are link building naturally, which means whatever that however many you actually get.

If it truly is natural than I have ahard time believing that Google would see it as anything otherwise.
