How many articles maximum to submit per day?

I have already created a similar thread but probably in a wrong section so maybe here it will be better.

I have a trial version of MAS&MAR. I want to squeeze the most out of this software before deciding whether to buy it or not.

How many article blasts can I do per day maximum without risking being banned from article directiories?

Should I create fresh profiles at each directory each time i submit a new article?

I've done 5 to 10 a day in MAS without problems. On my ezine account I've done 100 articles a day, but I pay them $600 a year so that might be a different story, lol.

It's going to depend on each AD's administrator. Some may get annoyed by you, other's may appreciate all the content that they can get. A well ranking AD is an adsense dream machine.
