I used to pay a lot of attention to content saturation.
One of my blogs has over 300 posts.
Another blog is barely cracking 50 posts.
Which blog do you think makes me more money?
It's not what you think!
You have to understand that at the end of the day content volume and income are only correlated when it comes to quality and audience expectation.
That's the bottom line.
I would suggest since you have a partial picture of the Buddha on your avatar, that you adopt a Zen Buddhist saying.
Zen Buddhists have a saying that definitely applies to SEO: less is more.
Instead of just picking all these keywords and trying to snipe them and interlink your posts to prop up your domain authority, focus on the user.
I'm not saying you shouldn't do all of that.
But you should not overlook who your real customer is.
Because at the end of the day if you take care of the customer, everything will fall into place.
People are looking for an experience.
Deliver that experience.
So, if it takes 15 articles, then do that.
But if you think that based on your niche and based on just how the user-intent stacks up you need to produce more, then do that instead.
