If you want to rank long-lasting content that will stand the test of time through future updates I suggest you focusing more on covering as much long tail keywords as possible instead of giving yourself these publishing per day/week/month limits.

I believe focusing on building topical authority and covering very specific/longtail keywords/topics (even if they have 0 monthly searches according to SEO tools) will not only get you to page 1 fast (lack of competition for long tails) but will help push the more competitive keyword articles to rank higher because of the added topical authority.

There is not a right amount i would say. You can post as many as you want.

Half of my websites are new domain and some are aged ones that I recently bought. However, I use them for 301 redirection instead of writing content on them.

Publishing 10 articles a week is good. Try to avoid maximum plagiarism and AI content.
