it s better to use proxies that's what I do anyways ... yup private proxies are expensive but FB is a gold mine 
as for your case you can try to create 1-2 account per day but if something goes wrong you will actually ban all your accounts , your personel account , and who ever used your computer to connect to FB

form my experience this is not true. Facebook wont ban all accounts on one IP because that would wreck havoc with ppl who share IPs. Private proxies are expensive and not worth it with regards to FB unless you're pulling in good $ from a big group and want to be absolutely safe. Then assign one IP per group. 2 cents

they did it for me
but the thing is if you use a private proxy for each niche you will be just fine .... I dont use more then one facebook account for each niche and that should be enough 1 pv prxy : FB ,FAN PAGE, ARticle directories , twitter ........
and a private IP for the website as well

I create 5 accounts per day. Stable 5 accounts per day per IP. I got 50 IPs and sometimes I dont even use them to create accounts.

i have more than 100 fb account. I make it all from 1 ip. And all fine till now, because all my account is verified with phone. So i think you can make alot of fb account if you verified all with phone.
