You should try 5 accounts per ip address. Delete your cookies and change your ip address. Also browser to stay away from being banned

If you're getting it from a provider probably 2-3 max accounts per ip to be safe.

A lot depends on how you are going to using them. Heavily push adult offers, most definitely you need proxy diversification.
Use the accounts softly for more mainstream uses, perhaps less so (but still I wouldn't put too many accounts on a single IP. The more accounts per IP the bigger risk)
