How many accounts do you follow per day?

Been following 50 accounts per day on an aged, active Twitter. Is that too little? I don't want to get shadowbanned or have the account affected in any way.

How many do you follow/unfollow per day, and how do you spread out the activity?

Slow speed is always better, if you don't want to be banned. Follow 50-100 and unfollow 25-50

why is it beneficial to unfollow? i haven't done it at all yet.

If you warm up your account, a hundred is good. I don't know anything about unfollow, because I've never done it, it's a waste of time and risk.

Once you have reached a certain following limit, you can no longer follow anyone. That's why it's better to unfollow as well, so that you don't reach the limit so quickly.
