I can only do 2 account verifications with same #. The 3rd account rejects the #. The # can be reused again after 1 week break. So basically 4-accounts every 2 weeks. I haven't tried beyond 2 weeks as I let the # expire

It would make sense to PVA accouts sharing the same proxy with the same number.
If you have 2 accounts sharing one proxy then PVA 2 accounts with that number.
If you have 1 account/proxy use one number for that account.
Anything outside these limits would look suspecious and could leave to traces.

you can verify 5 accounts with the same number? So if you had 20 accounts needing PVA, you would only need 4 numbers to verify them all on the same day? What type of number do you use? I'm only getting 2 verifies per # (virtual #, or real sim). I need to get me some of these magic numbers!

No. It's not possible, maybe instagram update this but, i bought new sim card and i just can verify 2 accounts.
