What results are you able to create out of thin air? People only pay for results, so tell us your skills you can pull out your rabbits hat?
Are you organized? Have you planned projects? Do you know what about hosting and domains? Can you do JS query macros, on google sheets? Write everything down on a CV and take stock of yourself.
Then go and compare yourself to others on freelancers' sites, and see if you can find people similar to those skills that are getting feedback and orders. Try to find something new and unique about your way to solve the same problems, and put make sure you can deliver. I would even recommend buying a competitor a couple of orders to get a feel for their customer service and quality to see what they are delivering and tailor your understanding better.
Only after you've done that for a week will your problems be solved, as there are so few people that would be crazy enough to spend that amount of time researching, that all the opportunities will stand out like a sore thumb that you know you can do, and you'll WANT to get started, and get closer to your monetary goal.
Best of luck.
