How long?

I have a fairly new account that I'm posting watermarked adult content to everyday for the last week. I'm also manually following and re-tweeting everyday. How long until I start to see some of my followers re-tweet my posts? How long before I start to see some traffic from my endeavors?

Twitter is an uphill battle initially.

Don't expect to see results anytime soon without using blackhat means.

Don't tweet too often, you will get shadowbanned. No hashtags or at most 1 or 2.

The content you tweet matters as well. If you don't post outstandingly good content, you will have a harder time.

Make sure your watermark isn't large. Content with no or small watermarks tend to get retweeted more.

Don't buy followers, it's stupid unless you want to seem like a huge company. lol
