how long until your website shows up in serps

just curious as I'm ranking all for very low competition keywords, there's one website on the first page that has a DA and PA of 1.

My DA is 8 and my PA is 20, so in reality I should be on the front page based on I have backlinks while this website doesn't even.

website is only two weeks old I know it's new I'm just curious as to when I'll start seeing some results

This counts for nothing as his DA/PA1 is powered by some strong hidden PBNs most likely.

Check your on-site optimization, If you haven't optimized well then it may happen or your competitors may have some hidden backlinks. Also, keep updating your website with high-quality contents.

Okay so if those count for nothing, how do I tell who is use a pbn and who isn't?

Doing SEO is not a thing that getting result instantly, in many cases it will take you 6 months - 12 months or even more to see the acceptable result.
