How long until it'll start getting clicks?

It all depends on your campaign and country of the account. It can go live from 24h til 5+ days. Some country accs go live in less than 48h. But clicks and impressions depend on your bidding too. So high cpc niche and low cpc on your adgroup may not give even impressions for you once the campaign is live.

You can really say nothing about clicks, it all depend on how good your skill is to trigger people, niche, KW CPC.
Okay you both got me a little bit wrong.
I want to know how long is the manual review process in the united states.
How Long does it take until I‘ll start getting my first impressions on an new created adwords account with an full whitehat campaign.

72 hours plus using strong vcc or 48 hours plus using good cc
Once it's passed that
Account is highly likely to be banned as it gets into the 4th to the 6th day
Once it's cross the 6th day in review..
It's mean you are badas in creating adwords account ,your account will be released and serving ads from the 8-10th day in review
Once you don't see impressions after the 10th day...
Credit your self as you where able to smoke several hierarchy of human review and passed them ..your ads will be live in the third week of review..its gauranteed

Account reviews usually take 24 hours to 3 days. But, the review algorithms are dynamic, in the sense, they keep loosening and tightening them and vice versa from time to time, so sometimes it takes 5 to 7 days. But, hustlers know the ways out.

I personally have seen my ads getting impression after couple of days and clicks within less than 3-4 days of ads being approved. Right after the ads starts to get impression then the click will depend in your ad quality so if it takes longer make sure you check your ads again. For Manual review I would say at least first 30 days, even if you ads are approved and getting clicks.
WTF? Why does it take soo long? Tbh I thought it's only in EU countries that it'll take that long, not in US... I thought US within the states they have more ressources smh
Anyway isn't there a way to speed up the process? Like buying Google suite, uploading items to google drive, buy youtube premium?
What do you think?

I am not aware if you can do anything in this other than raising bid amount. You won't get click right away specially now. Earlier Google used to place 3 ads on the top and some image ads on the right no ads at the bottom. Now it does place ads at the bottom. So if your ads are placed at the bottom even if you are getting impression chances of getting click are very low.

If you're running Google Ads threshold accounts, then you 3 days minimum. Nowadays it is taking 6 days or more depending on your setup.
Yes I'm using threshold accounts, but with legit valid billing, so there shouldn't be a problem.
Will it be faster, if I create the gmail one/ adwords account one month before campaign creation?
I need to get my ads running within 24h tbh.

It is highly unlikely if you're running a threshold account and it gets live in 24 hours. It is simply not possible, many people not even using threshold accounts and legit accounts getting review of 6+ days. If even you're using legit and valid billing, there is a very low chance of getting that account live in 24 hours.
