Hey all,

A domain I am looking at is expired for more than 70 days and still not open to the public, it's not from a famous registrar too.

Do you know how long would it take for it to be available again for registration?

Note that it's a spammy domain with very bad metrics, so I doubt many people would be interested in it.

Thank you!

Approx 90 days (3 months) from expiration, tons of bs of grace period, pending delete etc. But it also depend on tld. You need check further info on Google.

Thanks! Gotta wait more I guess.

After 70 days, it’s likely in the redemption period. Should be deleted in about 30–35 days if no one claims it.

Hello, a domain name has expired for more than 70 days and has not been released yet. It may still be in the redemption period or deletion period. The specific waiting time depends on the specific type of domain name and the rules of the registrar. Generally speaking, international domain names (such as .com, .net) are usually available to the public about 75 days after expiration.
