How Long to wait For Thread Approval?

Hello Mods,
It's been 9 days I create a thread in the JV section but still it's saying not approved do I have to contact a mod after I created the thread or I still have to wait more? Thanks

It must be in queue. Mods have a lot in their plates. Wait patiently. You will get a reply as soon as they will be ready to test / verify your service.

I don't normally approve JV threads, but I'll go through the pending ones in about half an hour.
