Brought a low competition keyword and exact domain, written some articles and brought a fiverr seo service.

It has been a week, how long do I have to wait before it ranks or do I need to buy more SEO services?

No, It must have few quality backlinks and make 3-4 posts, so it wont look spammy...

Depends on the quality of what you bought from Fiverr. I wouldn't hold your breath.

Fiverr is terrible and don't count on them. Low competition keywords don't cost $5 to rank but $200+ as a minimum.

One week work is nothing to rank in Google. You have to wait some more time around month, you need to add some more content, backlinks, social media profiles etc to get search for targeted keywords.

it depends on the words. if really really low whnever google updates it should rank the first page if u do seo good enough.

First of all, since you are new to this, I honestly doubt that the keyword you consider low competition is actually low competition.

Second, Fiverr is shit. Yes, there are a few good services there, but you are new to this and you won't be able to recognize them from the rest.

Third, do some more reading on SEO, because if you expect to register a domain, throw a service for $5 at it and expect to rank #1, then no, this will never ever happen. So save yourself some money and do more reading.

Fourth, learn patience.

Based on the keyword competition it will take a time to rank up. It will take minimum 18 days and rank up depending upon your SEO service(Backlinks).

If we could rank in just one week . no not in all cases .. increate the content as well SEO.

It depends on Quality of content and backlinks. Pay attention on On-Page SEO. Try to use a unique and quality content. Build quality PBN backlinks, Guest posts and authority links. Get active on social medias like Facebook, Google +, and Twitter etc.

Shouldn't be that hard for low competition keywords: Keyword in title and meta description,a couple of internal links, social media...tweets, Google+,etc..
Do some few good web 2.0 blogging and create some quality link with good content
As if low competition and you do proper link building plan with high quality sites your keyword shall rank within few weeks or month probably.

It's depending on the keywords, wait for some time and you can keep adding the quality backlinks on your keyword from the authority sites which are based on your niche site would be getting the expected results.

Quality content will be your basis, so maybe next time focus your efforts on keywords that are much more attainable and easier to rank for and of course backlinks as well. :)

For such it depend length of article, how good article is and how good your other on site ratios.

I think it gets rank within one month. Before that, you can see the google dance in ranking for that particular keyword. Do more backlinks to improve your link juice and it will help to get the ranking within the time that you expect.
Also use social media to improve your site traffic to increase your views per day by posting your links regularly.

Best wishes and good luck with it. :)

First do good on-page SEO, then send some bookmarks, 3-5 web 2.0s and wait a week a see what happens, if you are still not first create second tier links or create few more 1st tier links..

Ive got a car, that drives at a speed, and a budget for gas, how long will it take me to drive 1500 miles?

The answer to thiscquestion is the same as the answer to yours: it depends on information that isnt known, therefore cant be accurately answered
