How long till an account is 'aged'?

Hey guys, so I recently decided to embrace IG and start making my way up the instaladder with the help of you guys. I already had a personal page that I had for probably around a year or so and I can follow 60+/unfollow 100+ an hour on that with no problems.

However, I recently started a new account around a week ago to be more aggressive in terms of gaining followers. It's a fashion account and I'm posting 3 times a day, I started it 3 days ago and I have nearly reached 300 followers. The only thing I'm curious about now is when to up the follows and be more aggressive? At the moment I'm following around 35-45 an hour for around 8 hours a day and haven't had any problems, but I always hear about how people need to warm their accounts up before pushing their settings. I'm doing this all manually

Those settings look good to me.. If you just made the account. Tune it down to about 220 follows a day. Good luck OP!

Settings are already high on that account... Don't get greedy then complain when the account gets banned.
Aged is usually several months old, but instead of following like 35-45 / hr for 8 hours, you can do like 25-35/hr for 12 hours
