These kind of channels aren't typical used to earn from adsense , they do this just to get high views and earn from other methods like cpa and stuff, also they use it to re-direct to their onlyfans page and etc.

Nothing is wrong with it that violates youTube TOS. So, I guess it will remain active as long as the owner wants it to be.

Point one: it's reused content = no monetization
Point two: I have been reported recently for explicit content for "more friendly" videos in my channel

Admins are so busy that they often don't pay attention to everything. However, if viewers report them, videos like this can easily be banned for violating the rules.
