They did not reply for 2 days, I am just curious.

How long will take to ``IES reviews terms`` step will take.

Usually, up to 72h ( working days ). Wait until Monday and if they don't respond, message them.

If buyer approved payment from his end then transactions cleared in 48 hours or else 72 hours are confirmed for clearance, have patience OP!

After buyer release the payment, escrow will send the money next biz day. However, it will depends on your location.

Not just location, but their verification of the process of the sale. Ever since their new head took over, she has been very strict about the processing and releases. It's faster for well known sellers, but can sometimes take 3-5 days to release and/or show up at the bank after they finalize.
