I am using a very good anti detect browser and mobile proxy. posting a video on the 7th day got 0 views i understand it can take up to 21 days to be warmed up on desktop can anyone confirm this? I am warming this up with real human mouse movements too. anyone have data or results that show that a phone number signup will get warmed up faster or avoid shadowbans more than outlook.com emails? thanks for any input. i am not interested in doing mobile devices in my setup right now

I use to warmup TikTok accounts for 9-10 days and start posting 1 video a day for like 3-4 days. If they don't get likes, move on to a brand new one.

Interesting setup. I’ve seen others mention that phone number signups tend to build trust faster than email-only accounts, especially free ones like outlook.com. Warm-up time can vary a lot, but consistent human-like activity usually helps. Would be good to hear if anyone has hard data on this.

Typically, TikTok PC warm-up can take anywhere from 7 to 21 days depending on how consistently you interact and post. Using real human-like mouse movements helps, but the key is steady, natural activity. Regarding phone number signups versus emails, phone numbers usually build trust faster and can reduce the chance of shadowbans compared to generic email signups. However, results can vary, so testing what works best for your setup is important.

The warm-up period for TikTok's PC app needs to be adjusted based on user feedback. The cold start phase usually lasts about 30 minutes, during which the system allocates 300-500 initial traffic to test the content quality. If the completion rate of the first 3 seconds exceeds 40%, the app will enter the accelerated push phase. The golden warm-up window is 1-2 hours, during which the interaction rate and the proportion of local traffic need to be monitored in real time. Paid warm-up can last up to 2 days, but the actual effective duration depends on the content compliance and real-time data performance. Video suggestion: Design a strong visual hook and conflict point in the first 5 seconds, and combine it with high-frequency barrage interaction (3-5 comments per minute) to shorten the warm-up period to 45 minutes. If the playback volume growth rate is less than 10% after 2 hours, it is recommended to change the cover or adjust the label to restart the warm-up process.

TikTok PCs should warm up for 10–15 minutes. The system will stabilize, background processes will settle, and software will load fully, ensuring smooth performance and preventing lag during recording, editing, and streaming.

warming profile with ic does not take days just like other profiles run on mobile but there may be different output/result.
adding integration on other profiles uploads help increase profile warmup.

A month is the safe spot, around 2-3 weeks is great, anything less is a little risky

warm-up can take 7–21 days depending on consistent, natural activity. Phone number signups usually build trust faster than generic emails and may lower shadowban risk. Use strong hooks, steady engagement, and monitor early performance to speed things up.

This warm-up phase is best done manually.
When everything is stable, think about running ads later. Good luck with tiktok

Did you switch to a new account a little early, why not persevere for a while? It takes about a month for an account to start increasing interactions, because it depends on the content and the audience you are targeting.
