As per your latest experience, how long does it take for Private blog link to show some positive effect on keyword?

2 weeks ago i put up 10 blogs pointing to one of my aged and already well ranking site, so far nothing, in fact rankings have declined slightly, don't think its a dance because no major drops.

Well it takes few days or few weeks. Because the posts you made will take time to index on Google.
So you can see the positive rankings with in a short time.

Are you sure these PBN are Private and not Public blog network? Because it looks like these links are low quality if your ranking drop.

Normally you can see the result in few days and the whole links juice will flow after 30-45 days.
 
It depends on the power of the links. It only takes few days for powerful links. I have seen jumps within a day after the link gets indexed.
 
Days, weeks or a month. No defined answer really.

Hopefully the PBN links you bought are good, or you might see the reverse of positive movement.
 
There's no concrete answer as there are several variables at play. When it comes to link building, you need a lot of patience. I suggest waiting it out to see whether your new links move the needle. Personally, I wait at least a month, usually two, before I start adding more links if my rankings do not improve.
 
PBN links will get you the improvement with in one week after the getting index. But the main problem is many PBN domains taking more than couple of weeks to get index.
 
IMO most links take about a month since the indexation.
 
Lately I've seen some to take even 1 month + to kick in. And we are talking about premium RD200+ stuff here.
 
1 week for private blog networks and up to 1 year for public networks.

Takes a few weeks to start kicking in and in my experience things get better and better with age.

Do you recommend sending social signals or tier2 to PBN to speed sings up?

Social signals are fine. Tier 2, for speeding up, definitely huge n-o-p-e. Unless you know perfectly what you are doing, I mean perfectly, don't build tier 2 to your PBNs.

That's interesting, I've often added a some tier 2 into my PBN websites.

Then again, I do take it slowly - I would never just spam my network it's not worth it. Slowly and steady!
 
Since the Fred update, it's been taking 1+ month to see the effects of new PBN links (as @Nargil said, even with several beastly RD 200+ domains).

Be patient :)
 
I've seen links kick in within a the day of delivery - sometimes within a week it starts to jump higher. It honestly depends on quality of the links
