I post 70 pins per day. When i get first clicks? I'm in shoes niche

70 pins per day are too much.
You should slow down a bit or Pinterest will identify it as a spam and put restrictions.
Even seasoned Pinterest users do not post more than 20 to 30 pins per day.
As far as your question is concerned, by now you should have seen some clicks because you already have posted many pins. There is no any threshold or condition for that. You should have got some decent traffic now so there will be some clicks for sure. Wait for the analytics to get updated.

Absolutely agree. Too many pins (especially for fresh registered members) - not that good as some people think.
Slowly, but natural - that's the main rule. And keep on working in this temp for a while to see the first results.
