How long is the Google Penalize Keep??????

I got hit by google on 15th June 2012, and I have the Google Website Tool. And I had received the "love story" from Google. And all my keywords on first page or #1, drops to 5th page or even bad.

Code:
Dear site owner or webmaster of website-domain-name,
We've detected that some of your site's pages may be using techniques that are outside Google's Webmaster Guidelines.
Specifically, look for possibly artificial or unnatural links pointing to your site that could be intended to manipulate PageRank. Examples of unnatural linking could include buying links to pass PageRank or participating in link schemes.

I know that's because of blackhat slap, I have 600,000 anchor txt links as backlinks. And I know that submit my site for reconsideration is useless. And I don't want to 301 to a now site as I have enough returned customers. Domain is my brand.

I need help from your guys on BHW, how long will it takes generally, 3 months? 180 days? or is there any way I can make my keywords back to first page faster?

My guess is that you have a lot of exact keyword anchor links. Try to get those to 5%-10% I would disregard this letter maybe it was automaticly send.

ty, is there a period that I can be recover automatically without any actions?

Recover automatically? No, at least not in my experience.
Recover? Yes. You need a greater link diversity and a more natural look. Build high quality links, or have some reputable service providers bring your site back from the penalty.

What seems to be working for most people that got hit by Penguin, is either going back through your backlinks and changing the anchor text (diversifying).
No one knows the exact ratio that you need, but my sites have been doing quite well with 50% exact keyword match, and then I add Click here, More info. etc. as anchors.

You could go one of two ways, you can either go back through all your backlinks and change the anchor text, or you can build new backlinks with a variety of anchors. It's up to you really. You can easily change your serps by doing a decent amount of social bookmarks/re-tweets. There are plenty of services on this very forum that will definitely help you out post penguin.

It would take some time to build new links with anchor text diversity and if possible delete old links or get their anchor texts diversified but no one can give you an exact time frame to recover to the same spot.

There are, if you search on Google, that will say not in a year or two.
So that might be three or four or five years.
