As I read a mod should take contact with me after 24-48 hours after submitting the thread and up to 5 days on extreme cases (I got a pm after submitting the thread to wait till mod will take contact to provide him the service) but now it's been already 7 days and no contact. I sent Apricot a PM about it last night but still haven't heard anything back. When I look at Apricot latest activity his latest post was on 01-08-2015. Should I contact some other mod about this?

I have been trying to get one up and running myself but haven't got any response from them either. Though mine is under the "Reviewers". If they want to approve your thread it doesn't take up to 48hrs unlike in the past where it could take 7 days. Unfortunately, they also don't PM you to tell you if they reject your request or inform you on why they can't approve it. Normally, after creating a BST a mod will pick it and follow up from there. If you are contacting another mod who isn't the person assigned for the job you may not hear back from him. My advice is to wait or move on.

Well I don't know what Mod was assigned to me as Apricot sent me the message to wait for a mod to take contact with me but he did not specify which mod.

The message was:

Dear karupoiss,

Your Marketplace thread has been received and submitted to the moderators. They will be
in contact with you soon. Please note it can take up to 5 days for a response. But usually you should hear from us within 2 business days. Where you are offering a service please note as per the terms of service your top level of service will be tested. Please help the moderators keep the Marketplace running smoothly by having your service ready to go. They will provide you with all the information they require to test your service

And under that was my thread link that is in the BST approval section.

Should I PM some other moderator?

One of the marketplace rules says:

Wait patiently
to hear back from the staff regarding your sales thread, use the thread to respond to the mod within the review process, If your thread is approved you will be pm'd and asked to pay a $30 listing fee.

Yes, that regards the waiting period AFTER you have given out your copy to the mod. But I am talking about the period when the mod should take contact me about offering the service for evaluation and that period should be 24-48 hours and on busy times up to 5 days.. it has been 8 days past and nothing.

It might be because they have rejected your BST as far as I know they do not contact you for rejected BSTs.

Why would they reject it if they haven't even tried the service in hand? My BST has the needed stuff like contact, refund policy and reasonable price etc.

The moderator that sent you the PM will most likely be the one that approves your BST. I've recently tried contacting him but he didn't reply. He might be on a vacation you'll never know. Try waiting a few more days and if there's still no reply you can try contacting another mod.

Normally is 48 hours, but I was off sick for 2 weeks. Back now, all will be caught up. Sorry for the inconvenience.
