Let's be honest, we've all seen how much Myspace has died out over the last few years, but in all honesty, how long would you give it until it goes for good?

I hear it is still fairly popular in places like Brazil, and south America.

It will last as long as the company has funding for it to stay open, which will likely be forever... it will just keep becoming increasingly less used,.

Exactly. It has a very specific userbase, and while it's certainly not the most popular social network in the world, it's still worth a small fortune imo. For a few years at least.

I agree it's becoming less used, but won't it come to the point where no one is using it and they're just making no profit at all?

Myspace is not a social network it was before also. Now it's somekind of music based social site like purevolume or smth.

I seen that. I was kind of confused at first and I wish it didn't change its main focus of being a social network. :(

Its pretty much dead on similar terms with Orkut.

Myspace needs to rebrand and stop trying to compete with Facebook. Myspace would make a great musician/band distribution site since music was a significant part of its appeal in the beginning. Music pages on Facebook are underwhelming.

Did not understand your question appropriately. I am using MySpace since last five years and didn't face any issue ever.

I am tired from MySpace and leaved it.
A few days ago, MySpace was updated and I thinked that it'll grow up but can't find any change in its working. Now, I'm not using it, it is the wastage of time.

It is already on the last legs . If nothing changes , then it will die in two years maximum. No more. But rebrand can really save MySpace.

I think that MySpace is now dead.
It works very slowly and their is no traffic as other social media sites have.
It'll work for more 2-3 months and then there will be no user.
