I had an account since 2015. But A work colleague of mine spammed from my account, thinking my account was immortal. It got banned.

Hey, maybe you undestood me wrong, I do not monetise my personal acc, it would had been banned long time ago if I did that.
But you can monetise your accounts in various ways, putting links in bio, creating subreddits, advertising affilate offers with various posts/comments etc. List is endless.
